てか今日やっと録画するのを覚えてたので今から三回目見ます。

そして三郎の出番が…三郎の出番が！！！ばっさりと切られた…

Hmm. Yes. There is just so much to say for just 9 minutes of show. Just how gone am I on this show. Nintama saikou!!!

I DID IT. In a bad way.

I slept in on a test day. I was half an hour late for the test.

OH WELL.

I have lots of things I can blame. But then again.

It was listening and the teacher was nice enough to let me go through once for the parts that I missed which was around 80% of the paper (and well, usually you can listen twice).

Even though the grades are not going to get transferred back I am starting to think that I'm really too slack.

Not that I'm 反省-ing atm, but I'm type A (blood type I mean). Type A people are serious at heart. Somehow we DO like to conform to rules and regulations. Sigh.

Randomly, yes, I think Kiramune Label is out to make big bucks. Hare no Hi's covers are o.O. Lolx. Good luck to all fans' wallets~

In the end I wrote that stupid paper until 5am. (And forgot to watch Zetsubou Sensei on MX because I was stuck at the paper. ZETSUBOU SHITAAAAA.) Sigh. Maa. I'm sleepy but now that one thing is off my mind the only thing I can think of doing is this.



Photoshop today, just because. Lolx. Somehow when I try to draw things in only 1 layer I tend to start from the hair. And it will end up weird. Well. Have I ever mentioned I want this so bad now. flame_angel88 and yumegal are totally not helping one by saying "ooh what game?" and the other "well, you'll be leaving Japan soon..." Me: "You are supposed to tell me not to waste money!!!" Lolx. Anyway. I was amused that fans call Kurou "the true heroine of Haruka 3". Thus I couldn't pull myself away from Kurou the whole day today. (And then I was surprised that I have a Haruka tag. Hmm.)

I should sleep early today. Listening exam tomorrow.

Although they took out the whole thing about the bad guy that took this chance to infiltrate the school for the anime but this is so funnnn.

[Edit 2] I'm listening to the long long NeoRoma playlist in my comp (I have never heard like at least 1/3 of them). And currently at Kaji Aoi's Cosmic Lucky Day. OMG this song is funny. でも加地キャラちょっと違くね？まあ加地だから何でもアリか。 I want to hear this and Romantic Stage live! Wonder if that is what was sung in Seisou Gakuinsai 2 (why isn't this anywhere yet). NeoRoma 15th would probably be songs from "Tears". I LOVE TEARS (it's rather confusing, the new ballads album title is "Tears" and Tsukimori's song inside is also called "Tears"). At least from what I heard in the CM at NRL (yes I hate ballads but Kiiyan. KIIYANNNNNN). It has potential to take over FLAME and Tsuki no Kakera (live versions) as my favourite Tsukimori songs. Oh but I found "...if" rather strange. It's like Morita's pronounciation suddenly became Furuya Tooru, with a lack of a better description. When I heard it I was totally like "...who are you!? Stop pretending to be my Hihara!" Hmm. It's like stressing a lot on the vowel inside each mora? Lolx.

Randomly just found out that Souten ni Sarai Kaze yo Fuke was written by Iizuka-san (music only). Shock!!! Lolx. I'm still laughing over the part of lyrics that say "眼で倒せ". Reminds me of Slam Dunk/Sakuragi Hanamichi no matter how much I try not to.

NeoRomance Live 2009 Summer!

I'm playing Promised Rainbow on repeat in preparation for NRL 2009 Summer 14 hours later! It's on it's 8th time and it's already rather getting on my nerves. Lolx. Somehow although I do generally like NeoRoma songs they tend to get on my nerves when played too often.

Next thing = learn the hand movements.

Trying to go through NeoRoma lists to guess what they will sing~ Lolx. Hino Satoshi = don't need to guess also know. Lolx.

Every single time I listen to something by him, I get awed by JUST HOW MUCH I love Nojima Kenji's voice. I always say that my two tops are Nojinoji and Torikou, but really, just voice ALONE, I cannot find anyone I like better than Nojima Kenji. Because he isn't doing much anime he's rather unknown between my RL friends who actually do watch anime, and on my part I'm also like "hmmm...." when you ask me what roles he had before. Haha. If I were to tag him I would say "もっと評価すべき". Sigh. I thank SSM2 and maa the Musou series in general and Riku Son for introducing me to him.

(As I typed that I have memories of the VitZ event re-playing at the back of my head. Although I like a lot of the cast, it is safe to say that I was willing to travel to Osaka and back just because of Nojinoji.)

That said, I was listening to Kurohyou no Kishi yesterday. ノジノジの新しい一面発見！誘うのはじめて聞いた！色っぽかった！（色っぽくて悶絶したという方が正しい。）そして可愛すぎる！いつも思うけど、どんだけ引き出しあんねん！ It like lately every single time I hear him a see a new side (and seriously I am really following his works). Just how many sides do you have!!!　It's like usually for other seiyuu I would categorize the kind of voice they use for each character by type, like onii-chan voice, shounen voice, etc. For Nojinoji I categorize them by character name. Lolx! Maybe it shows how much love I have for him, the degree of how detailed-ly I listen to his voice. (No I don't do it for Tori-san.)

No this whole post has no content. Fullstop. 今年のいつかどこかのアニメにレギュラーやるといいな。

That said. I have a strange hunch that I will go and watch one episode of the Korean HanaDan just because Nojinoji voices Mimasaka. Hmm. Really. Weird. Feeling. Nojinoji and Mimasaka?! Those two words don't mix in my brain. But then it's 3pm on weekdays... Maa but starts 31st July. TBS! Lolx.

Cos I read something. Hmm. By someone who may or may not be reading this blog.

I believe that music is universal. Before it comes to the point when you understand the lyrics or not, I believe that what captures one's attention would be the melody. That said, I think what you listen to also depends on what kind of media you are exposed to. I can safely say I probably know less recent english songs that a 2 year old kid living in SG, but even so I did listen to english songs when I was in primary school. Simply because I'm in the kind of environment. But still, I think, taking away the variable of whether you are on a lookout for songs in a certain language, when you hear a song, you will first register how it sounds like before what language it is in, what is its lyrics. Like how you will try humming the song when you want to ask someone if he/she knows the name of it afterwards.

To put it in an abstract way, I think music itself moves people and not the lyrics.

And then whether if you listen to songs of a certain language more, I think it's due to more reasons that just language bias. Sure, I hate english, but it doesn't mean I close my ears to everything english. Or rather, I would see it as not that you push away something you don't like, it's that you will tend to bury your head into something you do and not have time for other things. I think it's just how you see the issue. And I think sometimes like my case, it also has to do with genre of the songs. Somehow I just can't imagine like someone singing an english song that sounds JE, for example, or like denpa-ish songs or WONDER MOMO-i or to the extreme like Melon no Theme. There just happen to be cases like this when you cannot find something parallel in another language. Chinese yes probably for JE-bubblegum pop but then the next thing boils down to the core of MY problem. I have a voice fetish and VOICE = more important than anything. Within which includes pronounciation and such. I cannot like a song totally if I don't like the voice of that person, however well the person sings. If I like the voice sometimes I can fall in love with the song however badly it's sung. To the point that I can remember it goes out of tune in which parts.

Maa. I am that kind of shallow people ne.

What I spent 2 days (only? lolx) on.

Like it says. Maa all the characters are voiced by me, all the photos were photoshop-ed by me, all the video editing was done by me. Plus I wrote the script too (based on real experience we exchange students have, but exaggeratedly). The photos were taken with most of the group members though. Well I'm not exactly complaining because the process was fun ← I realized how nico-chuu is my editing sense YES I DO. But it's hard to imagine right. There are SEVEN members in my group. And I'm rather proud of my Natsumi-san voice. 地声＝ジョンみたいな感じ。

Another member is making an OP/ED (+credits) though. Yay I'm free from it. Maa it's rather hard to think that no one actually cared for the project until I wrote the script out of my own will, recorded the script on my own and sent them to everyone. I would say it was rather well done thinking of what little time we spent it.

I kind of knew that Sex Pistols will have an OVA out but I only JUST found out that the cast is changed. Hmm I kind of saw ppl talking about the cast but somehow I always thought it's because they are animating like the arcs AFTER what has already been dramatised. Yonekuni and Shiro are Sugitan and Hatano??? I'm rather sad cos Shiro is one of the few characters that I actually really liked Hira-chan in. And well Koyasu's Yonekuni. This arc is downright my favourite arc in the whole series so. Maa. Sigh.

Finally sent out the parcel~ It was 20kg in the end. Borrowed a trolley from the school. It was drizzling D: So I wrapped it in plastic bag (feel so auntie lolx) and pushed it there. This is probably the worst exercise I've done ever since dragging the luggage when I reached Japan. (Well, of course, taking into account that I am a hikikomori that isn't saying much.) I was raining sweat so much harder than then rain was outside when I reached the post office. I sent it by SAL so it was 12000yen. Websites says it will reach around 2 weeks but the post office person say "don't know when it will reach", cos SAL = stuffing into the plane only when there is space = no priority. Lolx. I hope it doesn't get lost though, cos even if it's sent back to this TUFS address I probably wouldn't be here anymore. Maybe I should have paid the 6200yen more for EMS. Sigh.

やべっ。プリンセスラバー面白ぇ。I accidentally watched Princess Lover cos I thought Sora no Manimani was at 1.30, but it was actuatlly at 2. But. Princess Lover is actually rather interesting. Gosh what's wrong with me. てらしーの哲平さ、愛嬌ありすぎだよ。ヴィンセント(CV:子安)がエスコートという単語を言い出したとき、本気で黄色い悲鳴を上げてしまったぞ！ずるいじゃないですか、男性向けなのに女性向けの要素も入れたりして。Harem show yes, but somehow the first eps was interesting! Lolx.

Sora no Manimani just started! (実況報告。) Super Noisy Nova is nice~ Kept on hearing its ad. Lolx. Sphere's really advertised a lot ne. *ended* OMOSHIROIIIII. I totally love its comedy sense and pace~ わっ、ちょっ、理想的じゃないですか！幼馴染で、七年離れ離れで、男が年下で振り回されるほうで、なんやかんや言って相手のこと忘れてないし一緒にいたい。超私好みじゃありませんか！（主に「幼馴染」あたりが。） And. STARS. SQUEAL. Haha. マエヌその声萌要素ありすぎでしょうが！反則！ And then Itou Kanae!!! Haha. After Mihoshi, Koume and Amu (ok I've only heard these 3, ok and her Chou! Raji Girls), I can probably safely say I can recognize her voice. Lolx.

Seriously. I am going to fail in English if this goes on.

Apparently I don't need to pay for hostel from 1-6th August. Yay! Haha. But have a lot of troublesome stuff to settle. I need to be in the hostel on 5th to wait for ppl to come and collect water/electricity bills wth. Sigh. And then haven't decided when to cancel my phone line, national health insurance, bank accounts etc. Sigh. And looking at my air ticket = need to leave for airport 6+ 7am... Sighhh.

[Edit] Zan・Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei!!! RINGO MOGIRE BIIIIIMU~ Lolx. (Thanks to SZBH/Kamiyan reading it wrong for two weeks straight I actually typed "mobire".) Oh but this time's ED!!! OMG I like it best so far in the 5 or so EDs they had. (As in the animation, not the song. Although the song is nice too.) Lolx. Ryoko-chan netabare-ed in her blog yesterday (ok now it's the day before) about Nami's notebook. MARCHING MONSTER~!!! Kobayashi-gahaku's art is... destructive. And Gotooza-sama! さすが連載漫画を一年以上ほったらかした声優！

Is it me or did the art get worse? Maa but since I like Bakemonogatari I can't complain. That side needs pretty visuals more anyway. Zetsubou Sensei won't die with bad art anyway. (He will just get zetsubou-ed.)

Why no comments on the stories? As we go by Zetsubou Sensei rule, our attention tend to get attracted by things that are NOT THE FOCUS. Lolx.

1. Watched Umineko no Naku Koro ni, and I must say what left the most impression on me was the OP and the ED. When the OP started to play I was like "ooh what a doujin music-ish song", and then realized "OHH so Shikata Akiko sounds like this". *knows someone who is a big fan of her* When the ED started I was like "JIMANGUUUUUUUUU!!!!!" (There is definitely no mistaking that voice for anyone else.) Hmm. Ignore me? Lolx. Does this count as major debut? Hmm. Shikata Akiko sings here and there so I don't know whether she is actually a debut-ed singer. But Jimang is definitely not? Then this is? Hmm. I wasn't paying too much attention to the story haha. But I was wondering how come Battler and Jessica's talk patterns are so similar. ~daze. Hahaha.

2. Watched NEEDLESS. Hmmmmm. I liked the way that when they use their techniques got the name on the screen. Erm. And then, Endou Aya's first shounen role. OMG that was rather bad. Lolx. Seriously. Although I couldn't tell it was Endou Aya but still. The level of acting is like around half of her usual female voice. And then like Ise Mariya, 3 years make such a big difference! I can still rmb how bad she was as Ringo in Air Gear. So her Aruka (dunno sp) was a pleasant surprise (well I didn't watch everything else she's been in so far). And then. What was with that ED =.=

3. 心霊探偵八雲　瑠璃の風に花は流れる　彩雲国物語　”文学少女”と美味しい噺(レシピ)
From next month's issue, ALL the above's manga version will be serialized in ASUKA. !!! All these changes/new series happened within these 2 months. What is going to happen to Bean's Ace! ← The first thing I thought. Lolx. I know there are still a lot of other manga versions there but still. Kokumono's shift was a shock. Sigh. It's getting to the point in time that comicalized versions of novels/games are more popular than original manga series. UraBoku, ganbatte! Speaking of other adaptations in ASUKA there is like, Maruma/KKM series, Kyuutei Shinkan Monogatari, Real Rode, Battery, Neo Angelique, Kamisama Game, Rental Magica and Trinity Blood. And the (one of the many) Code Geass and Eva adaptations. Anyway just wanted to say that I wouldn't be shocked if the Migawari Hakushaku series manga adaptation shifted to ASUKA too, lolx. Since basically I'm on the side that thinks after the chara song album it'll be!! Animated. Lolx. Ok that's what I think.

4. WELKIN. SUKI DA!!!!

Since I was like "OMG I MISSED BAKEMONOGATARI 1!!!" yesterday I went to watch it just now. Because I saw the big billboard at Akiba Gamers.

And.

やっぱり新房監督好きだ！！！
This time what hit me the most was, THE BACKGROUNDS OMGOSH. The use of shapes and then the orientations and then just- KYAAAA. Whenever I react this way to an anime something inside me will go "there is still some part of art blood inside me".
Of course as usual there is his use of ultra fast screens full of words (which I gave up pausing to catch every frame some 2 minutes into the show) and the use of words to replace drawings. And his style of pacing.
This time round there is also Nishio Ishin's wonderful dialogue in addition.
I can only say.
OMG.
You know when I said I don't know whether to expect it to be "OMG 神作" or "OMG BORING" some weeks before.
NOW I KNOW THE ANSWER.
And I wonder who was the person who sang the ending as supercell. Maa at least it's obvious it's not a vocaloid.

I would say that this is really something I will watch regardless of cast. Or I should say, I think there are better choices for Araragi Koyomi. No offence, and not to say Kamiyan!Araragi is not good. But well it's Shinbou Kantoku. Lolx.

I was reading Nishio Ishin's interview in 5th July's Charabii and. Lolx. It's rather interesting. As he says, the conversations between characters are somewhat main of this series and this is really something I would love to see subbed and WELL SUBBED. Summer season this year is rather promising.

Oh speaking of summer season we were at Harajuku today and then at Takeshita Doori, Nakayama Yuuma is EVERYWHERE. Mostly ads for his summer season drama. And then got billboards of his group (which name I still cannot rmb, poor the rest of the kids) + NYC (correct right. Nakajima Yamada Chinen right. Ok super not sure) also.

AND!! The Nintama toreka weren't sold out at Akiba Animate!!! ← was overly excited when I actually saw it. ONE OF WHAT I GOT IS NANAMATSU SENPAI OMG I'M LUCKY. Haha. And got Chouji-Raizou-Kirimaru ie all tosho-iin that have solo cards lolx. Kirimaru's card is him with his zeni-eyes. OMG LOVE. Lolx. Took a chirashi for the Nintama series 16 DVDs (the other side Frane-niisan). IT WAS PLAYING THE NINTAMA DRAMA CD IN THE STORE. I had half the heart to stay there until I listen finish the whole thing. IF ONLY I WASN'T WITH SOMEONE ELSE. The whole thing is only around 50 minutes! Must go back and listen when I go collect my stuff.

Oh. And when I was at Animate yesterday I came across 有川浩's new book (which was just released on 30th June)! The person who wrote 図書館戦争 yup yup. It was like "!! ARIKAWA HIRO. BUY." then look at the receipt "!! 1575 o.O". Hahaha. Well I can spend SGD30+ at Kino for her books. You say leh. Maa. The conclusion is. Who say I don't read books. Hahaha ok no link. Anyway today in our film module the group presented on Koizora. Asked us why JP "pure romance" movies like to have the main characters die (our group: "isn't that KR movies instead"). But then. Since when is Koizora pure romance? Lolx. READ ARIKAWA HIRO INSTEAD.

Right. When the rest of the class is happily reading Murakami Haruki's new book (1Q84) I'm here reading this kind of stuff. Hurhur. So not literature.

I think I'll go look for 別冊図書館戦争1 and 2 soon. Somehow I rather buy then ship back than spend SGD30.70 for them. Lolx.

I shall not talk about what other light novels I've been randomly picking off the shelves. Just that I am a weird person who can look at a series with 5 books out and buy the 3rd book after much thinking even though I know nothing about it. And grab the 7th book (out of 8) of something I've heard in drama CD up to book 2 (looking at its official site, CHARA SONG ALBUM?! Eh so when is it going to get animated. Lolx. I'm talking about the Migawari Hakushaku series of course. Ultimate otome story, maa but it's fun. At least Daisaku's chara is).

Haha. Netabare teburo entries on yesterday's Nintama eps = at least 3 times the usual. Everyone GJ yay!!!

The Aniken girl mentioned in the previous entry sold me a ticket for the 07-Ghost event~ FIFTH ROW. Near the middle. KYAAAAAA. 俺の嫁SAIGA-SAN HERE I COME. It's at Nakano Sun Plaza Hall. Where yumegal and I came across the day we went Nakano, and saw a bunch of obasan queueing up for a korean star's (don't ask me who it is) concert. I think.

I want to go the Otomate Party though ← マジ欲しい。 Which I just realized is happening last week (courtesy of Yuutan) when it was already way past the general release (not that I think I will be that lucky even if I knew beforehand). SIGH. TORI-SANNNN. I was looking through how to use YAHOO!かんたん決済 but gave up after trying to apply for internet usage at my bank. It tells me some info I entered is wrong. But I don't know what is. It might be my name, which the person who opened my account got wrong the first time round and I don't know if she changed it to the correct one when I told her the second time I went. It might be other things. IDK. Maa.

Watching Senjou no Valkyria. Have been wanting to watch it since it started but some how its timing don't seem to register well with my brain. Have been listening to the radio though. Halfway through eps 4. Welkin! Seldom find a main character I like just after the first eps. Well I knew I would like Welkin just from what I hear from the radio anyway. I lol-ed when the first bathing scene was not the girls but Welkin and Faldio. Weird isn't it, considering their first (?) gashapon set is the female cast in bikini.

I guess my kazoku should know that I'm like that = it's not easy to make me give a very "interested" reply to things. Well I'm not interested in many things. Or it's just not in my system to give "or maybe you can try this this and that that" as a reply. As it is, in the above situation, I foresee our continuation will be like YH: "You arh..." Me: "Then what you want me to say?" Within the bunch of what few people I still keep in contact with, I have known YH for the longest, and as she says, "I know you are like that mah." As in, she knows I don't mean anything negative (= not irritated) by my replies. And yes I know my personality (温度差の大きさですよ) will not get me far in society.
