Announcement!

In conjunction with the Kino members' sale and me being ultra super thick-skinned, I shall announce WHAT I WANT FOR MY BIRTHDAY.

1. Gintama Anime Gayagaya Hako - Official Animation Guide

2. An A5 ring notebook that I saw in Liang Court Kino.
(But it isn't the usual lined kind! The pages are in 格子 and I've been trying to find one like that for ages! It has a plain black cover that says "Mnemosyne" [I think] on one side. I would have so bought it myself but it was... a bit ex for a notebook. 8+. Haha.)

Ok so my kazoku can discuss on how to get me these two things. Hurhur. And Kino is having 20% off until sunday!!!

1. At first I wanted to buy maybe Momotama 4 LE or Shitateya Koubou 1 then I gave it up for this. Don't you think Yuiga Satoru (whose most famous work is probably E'S) and shoujo manga is a very... impossible combi? Anyway. I really like her art and shoujo manga will someday be my downfall so anyway, I bought this.

2. Actually, I decided to buy this because it came with 3. There was 4 kinds but actually I didn't really want get Akira or Shirogane (which is what was shown on the obi) but yokatta! It wasn't. On the cover is Kou which I know no one knows that he's my favourite Monochrome Factor character. Kengo is rather scary in this volume!

3. Kawaii deshou? The only thing is that... Kou is not on this!!! Ok I know the photo is blurry.

After my Liang Court trip I went down to Bugis Junction to meet my mum and sis, who were, of course, at Kino also. There I bought 2 JLPT 1 past year papers without the listening CD, so it was 3+ each, after 20% off it was only 5+. There are scripts for the listening so maybe I can get someone to help me read out/record it so I can do listening...

And then we went for dinner at the BJ basement (I'm waiting for someone to make a K8 comment) at this shop called 札幌ラーメン毘沙門. And of course I ate ramen. Their Special Miso Ramen is really really good (although a bit salty), possibly the best ever ramen I had ever in Singapore. The チャーシュー inside was really really soft and tender and ok I won't say melt-in-your-mouth but mmmm! And the soup. THE SOUP. THE LIFE OF RAMEN. Ok how much did they pay me again? Anyway they had curry rice and their curry rice is very big a plate. AND NICE. Ok the curry was very nice but the katsu wasn't too exceptional. Restaurant prices.
